   We do not start with answers

   A ready answer at the start of a project is someone else's answer borrowed from a similar situation. We start by formulating what we do not know and writing it down in public.

   We research what is happening

   Not trends and not forecasts. Specific interfaces, texts, decisions and consequences that can be checked.

   We separate fact, interpretation and hypothesis

   These are different things, and the reader has the right to see where the line runs. In our materials it is marked.

   Conclusions become decisions

   Research that changes no project stays text. We carry it through to strategy, interface and a working product.

   We watch the consequences

   Launch is the middle, not the end. What changed afterwards is usually more interesting than what we planned.

   A result opens the next question

   That is why questions here are not closed for the sake of a finished feeling. Some will stay open, and that is a normal state.
